According to Emirates 24/7 news, a Saudi husband used a loudspeaker to divorce his wife at a busy shopping mall after seeing her take a note from another man bearing his phone number.
This, according to the Saudi Arabic language quotidian, Kabar.
The husband was with his wife and three children at the mall when he went his own way into a men’s clothes shop.
“When he left that shop, he saw a man giving his wife a note bearing his phone number…she accepted the paper and put it inside her bag,”
The newspaper did not mention where the mall is located.
“He then used the mall’s loudspeaker to shout divorce words against his wife although she was with her three children.”
As-salaam Alaikum, my question sister is regarding Anal Sex. I know clearly that anal sex is forbidden in Islam. However my husband is not a well practicing Muslim in this regard. I try to practice Islam as closely as possible and try to remove things in my life that may be sinful. My Husband is overall an understanding person and does not create any obstacle in me trying to follow Islam. However, when it comes to Sexual issues, he does not like it at all when I put restrictions on him. He likes to have full freedom in this aspect. He really wants to do anal sex and I stop him but then he gets very upset and mad at me. Due to this he is even fading away his understanding for me in other areas of life. He is frustrated, and some times even if I don't like it, he has still performed anal sex with me forcefully causing me tremendous pain and discomfort. My question is, am I going to be punishable for this? In my heart, I know its wrong and I also try to stop him, but sometimes he just does not listen, will Allah hold me responsible for this? Am i sinful?I do wish to divorce him over this issue. Sister as embarrassing as my situation sounds please post this on your wall so that young Muslim women out there know what they may encounter in marriage. The looks and appearance of a person is deceiving and only once you live with the person does all his true colours come out.In appearance, my husband wears the thobe (kurta) seven days a week, he prays five times a day and yet when it comes to sexual aspects of our relationship he is a devil. Part of the problem sister is the instant availability of sexual pornographic material on the television, computer and of course the mobile phone. I have been separated from him for a month now and moved in with my parents. However, a week ago I went home unexpectedly to bring the remainder of my clothes. I was shocked and disgusted to find him engaged in sexual intercourse with two other men (sodomy) and a white woman. I could not believe what I witnessed in front of me and felt like throwing up..I stormed out of the house only to receive a text that if you can not satisfy me through anal intercourse I will seek pleasure elsewhere.....There were a few times when he suggested that we participate in group sexual activities with a few other Muslim couples he knew who were engaging in these type of activities as well.I brushed off the idea.....He wears thobe during the day and yet on weekends he frequents night clubs with his friends. He watches pornographic movies and always compared me to his favourite pornstar going as far as wanting me to go in for a breast augmentation surgery as well as buttock implants.....astaghfirullah.........
To my Muslim sisters out there who are single, marriage in today's day and age is really difficult. Think twice before deciding to marry. I now regret marrying and feel that I was better off leading a single life. What is happening within our Muslim communities in South Africa is shocking but no one is talking about it and bringing these issues out in the open.......I ask all of you to please make dua for me through this difficult time and to ask Allah to guide all those who are astray and who have gone against the teachings of the Quraan and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammed (saw).......Thank you sister Sumayya for being bold enough to stand up to issues that are affecting our communities and talking about it openly. The world needs more people like you. My duas and well wishes are always with you. May Allah always be with you......Ameen
So who said that the abaya is not a sexy dress item...According to a news report two Kuwaiti women, 28 and 30 were arrested by police a week ago for frequenting a coffee shop dressed in an abaya only with absolutely no clothes or underwear beneath the black garment. When questioned by the police, they later mentioned that they were out at a sex party, consumed large amounts of alcohol and got drunk. When morning set in they were unable to find their clothes with the exception of their abaya and headed straight to the coffee shop to overcome the effects of the alcohol.....And I'm sure you never expected such things to be occurring within a Muslim country right.....Think again!!!!
The living legend, Indian playback singer Sonu Nigam, concluded a three city tour of South Africa on a high with a capacity crowd screaming for more at the ICC in Durban. He definitely came, saw and conquered yet again!
Sonu performed here on Sunday. He had played in Johannesburg the previous night at Emperors Palace and the night before at The Good Hope Centre in Cape Town. This was his sixth trip to South Africa.
Whilst following his career path over the past fifteen years now, Nigam has undoubtedly perfected
the art of re-inventing himself. He appeared on South African stages two years ago and will most likely be visiting the country again after a two to three year period.
Whether it is wearing funky clothing, changing his hairstyle or eye colour through contact lenses; forays into acting as a Bollywood hero,or trying to break into the American English music market, Sonu always manages to stay one step ahead of any competition, and the latest shows were no exception.
Having perfected the art of playing to capacity crowds across the globe through innovative use of sound and visual techniques rather than formal repetition of the many hit sings he has done for Bollywood films, Sonu did a range of variations on those hit sings. He enthralled the audience with his sweet God gifted melodious voice and belted out a few songs in the classical music genre proving to the world once again that he is ultimately the king of the Indian music industry.
With his unique stage personality, there is absolutely no doubt that he is probably the best singing entertainer out of India today. Besides his flawless singing ability, Sonu also happens to be one of the most humble and down to earth personality's within the music industry. Having brushed shoulders with the star himself on several occasions I was quite taken aback by his kindness, sweet, soft nature and of course the high level of respect he had displayed to those around him in terms of fans and well wishers. He has always been my idol, role model and inspiration ever since I was a teenager and meeting him was certainly a dream come true not only for me but for my family as well!!!!

This gives us something to think about with all our new electronic technology,GPS. A couple of weeks ago a friend told me that someone she knew had their car broken into while they were at a football game. Their car was parked on the green which was adjacent to the football stadium and specially allotted to football fans. Things stolen from the car included a garage door remote control, some money and a GPS which had been prominently mounted on the dashboard. When the victims got home, they found that their house had been ransacked and just about everything worth anything had been stolen. The thieves had used the GPS to guide them to the house. They then used the garage remote control to open the garage door and gain entry to the house. The thieves knew the owners were at the football game, they knew what time the game was scheduled to finish and so they knew how much time they had to clean out the house. It would appear that they had brought a truck to empty the house of its contents.Something to consider if you have a GPS - don't put your home address in it.. Put a nearby address (like a store or gas station) so you can still find your way home if you need to, but no one else would know where you live if your GPS were stolen.MOBILE PHONESI never thought of this.......This lady has now changed her habit of how she lists her names on her mobile phone after her handbag was stolen. Her handbag, which contained her cell phone, credit card, wallet... Etc...was stolen.20 minutes later when she called her hubby, from a pay phone telling him what had happened, hubby says 'I received your text asking about our Pin number and I've replied a little while ago.' When they rushed down to the bank, the bank staff told them all the money was already withdrawn. The thief had actually used the stolen cell phone to text 'hubby' in the contact list and got hold of the pin number. Within 20 minutes he had withdrawn all the money from their bank account. Moral of the Do not disclose the relationship between you and the people in your contact list.Avoid using names like Home, Honey, Hubby, Sweetheart, Dad, Mom, etc....And very importantly, when sensitive info is being asked through texts, CONFIRM by calling backAlso, when you're being texted by friends or family to meet them somewhere, be sure to call back to confirm that the message came from them. If you don't reach them, be very careful about going places to meet 'family and friends' who text you..*PLEASE PASS THIS ON* I never thought about the above! As of now, I no longer have 'home' listed on my cell phone.Even if this does not pertain to you....Pass it on to your family & friends
